I’m SOO VERY excited to say I have FINALLY been able to make kale chips which is not burnt or part soggy. More exciting is, it is made with our home-grown kale!

Creative Studio Priming Sliding Door Wall and Painting The Wall|Creative Studio Part 4 | DIY Renovations

This project is taking longer then expected. The previous owner did some dodgy DIYs such as not priming the wall before painting which resulted in paint chipping off the walls,

Also I have no idea how they put on the wallpaper because when I removed the glue off the wall,  the plaster came off with it.

So we had to spak fill and prime the walls too.

Finally we were able to get to the painting stage and here is what it looks like after:)

Home Grown Eggplant Parmigiana | Cooking Adventures

I am soo excited to share with you the dish I made today for lunch!

I have always wanted to be able to say all veggies in this dish was from my backyard and today is THAT day 😀

I have to thank Jettos for being such an inspiration and their patience with me and the willingness to teach me and answer my noobie question.

Also thank you to my friend Jess who gave me the eggplant seedling which is the star of this dish;)
