Home Grown Home Made Baked Crispy Kale Chips
Ingredients:
- Bunch of Kale [I harvested 113 g with the stems included]
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions

Pre- heat Your oven to 175 C or 350 F
As I am using 2 trays I put mine on the Fan setting so I set my temperature to 165 C or 329 F

Peel leafy bits off the stem and spin dry in a salad spinner

Tear the Kale leaf into bite size pieces and toss Kale in a bowl with olive oil.
Tips:
Do not salt your kale now or you’ll have soggy as the salt will draw out the liquid in your kale.
Do not over crowd the baking tray. Make sure it is on a single layer, use another tray if necessary.
Bake for 15 mins or until the chips are crispy not burnt =p

Sprinkle in Salt and pepper now and
Enjoy your Crispy Delicious Healthy Kale Chips!
