Day 44: 8 Days later and I am amazed at how well it’s grown!
The wicking bed is awesome! I don’t have to check on it as often as I did when it was in that tiny pot.
Noticed a few cabbage moth eggs so I have been manually squashing them till I can get an exclusion net going.

Day 80: Hmm.. i would have to say it’s a successful experiment.
I managed to harvest about 100g.

Dinner tonight.. nom nom nom.. What should I make with these precious 100 g of cabbage? Suggestions welcome in the comment section đ
We used to have a second crop like this that the market gardeners used to grow in the U.K they were then sold as Spring Greens a much sought after vegetable. The flavour which was between a Cabbage and Spinach delicious
