While on our way back from Albany, I had a “STOP THE CAR!” moment. Hubby would stop the car on the side of the road safely that is đ . In order to get this shot, we had to drive up and down the stretch of the road.
I love how symbolic this photo is. The red and black is from the fire that’s been through the area but there are new signs of new growth. This is something we can learn from nature. Adapt to the difficult situation and thrive. This forest shows lots of resilience!
After maturation, the Xanthorrhoeas aka “Black Boys”, grass trees can bloom anytime but seems to do so more prolifically after being singed in a grass fire or exposed to smoke.
