Re-grown store bought garlic harvest drying out after harvest
I am so excited to have my first ever garlic harvest! I think it’s the purple kind.. drying it out at the moment.

Used my store-bought re-grown garlic last night for dinner.
Was pleasantly surprised at how potent this little garlic was! only needed 3 tiny cloves for my garlic mashed potatoes.
