edible Ground Cover? | Home Grown

So the question is.. Is this potato edible? If not, how does one tell? Thanks!

We found out there was potatoes growing underneath when hubby was weeding..

This is the biggest harvest we have had, NO idea how old this harvest is, came with the house. So excited that we had a home which had potato ground cover=)
