Have you had days when you just struggle to get out of bed? Here is something I have created as a reminder that we can do all things through Christ who gives us the strength 🙂

Something special and powerful happens when we proclaim God’s words over our lives. So what you do is, buy this mount and put it either on your bedside table or wardrobe and while in bed, proclaim this over your life out loud.
“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength”
Been meaning to do this design for a while. So I thought I’ll do it for RUOK Day🙂 I am a strong believer in asking people how they are and being willing to stop and listen and caring. Taking off all our mask, so we can be real with each other. How much better the world will be if we did that!
Even in the bible, it says
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
Here is the Message Version
My grace is enough; it’s all you need. My strength comes into its own in your weakness.
Once I heard that, I was glad to let it happen. I quit focusing on the handicap and began appreciating the gift. It was a case of Christ’s strength moving in on my weakness. Now I take limitations in stride, and with good cheer, these limitations that cut me down to size—abuse, accidents, opposition, bad breaks. I just let Christ take over! And so the weaker I get, the stronger I become.
So let us not hide our weakness. It’s ok not to be ok. As long as you get help if you are suicidal be it a professional or at least tell a close family or friend. If you don’t want to live, what have you got to lose? Give your life to God.. He can make brokenness beautiful again.
When I meet you I’m quick to tell you about the Fibromyalgia and some of the symptoms I suffer from is Depression and Anxiety. I do so to raise awareness and also to let you know why I am doing what I am doing. Why sights and sounds inspiring hope is what I am all about. Even on days like today where I am in a lot of pain, I still want to push through the pain and share this with you.
I pray and hope that this design with God’s words and His amazing creation will inspire you to keep on going. Let go and let God 🙂 Stop trying to be perfect but let God work in us and through us 🙂

Whenever I see a rainbow this verse comes to mind. So no matter whatever storms you are going through, remember this verse. We may not understand what we are going through, but it gives me great comfort that God has our life in His hands and that his plans for us are to give us Hope and a future.
If you want to give up on your life, give it to God. He will make something beautiful out of the pain and suffering and brokenness.

One morning I woke up and had these 2 verses in my heart. I felt God had told me to design a mount which contained these 2 verses together to help people who have anxiety. I love this photo I took in the Blue Mountains and thought it was the perfect photo! The white smooth flowing soothing feel of the waterfall juxtapose with the green trees and “messiness” of the tree foliage on the right.
