We don’t have a very sweet tooth, so we modified the original recipe and made it less sweet.

50 Seconds Dark Gooey Microwave Brownie
Adapted from Bigger Bolder Baking
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp [ 26 g] All Purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp [ 18 g] Brown Sugar [ We used 15 g instead ]
- 3 Tbsp [ 18 g] Cocoa Powder
Wet Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp [ 18 g] Oil
- 3 Tbsp [ 40 g] Water [if vegan] or Milk
- 1/2 tsp [ 3 g] Vanilla
- 2 Tsp [ 18 g] Dark Chocolate chips [omit if vegan]
Equipment Used:
- Microwave
- Beaker
- Spatula
Directions:
- Add the dry ingredients in the beaker/ bowl and mix until combined
- 3 Tbsp [ 26 g ] All Purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp [ 18 g ] Brown Sugar [ We used 15 g instead ]
- 3 Tbsp [ 18 g ] Cocoa Powder
- Add the wet ingredients into the beaker/ bowl and mix until well combined
- 2 Tbsp [ 18 g ] Oil
- 3 Tbsp [ 40 g ] Water or Milk
- 1/2 tsp [ 3 g ] Vanilla
- 2 Tsp [ 18 g ] Dark Chocolate chips [Optional]
- Stir in the dark chocolate pieces
- Put mixture into a microwave safe tea-cup and place some chocolate pieces on topAfter mixing the ingredients well, put it in a microwave safe tea-cup
- Microwave at 850 W for 50 SecsFresh out of the microwave! Hot and gooey delicious brownie 😀
If that is too rich for you, you can add a dollop of yogurt 😉
