Vertical Pool of Siloam Waterfall, The Blue Mountains, NSW | Nature | Waterscape | Jonace Aussie Travels

This is a photo of a waterfall in the Blue Mountains I took many years ago.. Currently, I’m uploading photos from my postcard range;) I can’t wait to show you photos from my Tasmania trip though! It’s very similar to this with lots of greenery around the waterfalls. I love photographing waterfalls! It’s so calming to hear the water falling. I usually spend hours taking a shot so that I get it just right and also with the long exposure it takes more time.

May this help you feel calm ^^

Beautiful Fields of Flowers, Toodyay, Western Australia | Nature | Landscape | Jonace Aussie Travels

This weekend, we were blessed to be able to get away for the weekend to Toodyay to chase the wild native flowers and spend some quality time together 🙂

There were so many beautiful native wildflowers.. Even blue ones!! 😀 When I was younger, my parents asked what flowers I wanted and I asked for blue flowers. I was told that they were rare and ended up settling for a not so blue flower.. This weekend I have photographed a blue flower!!

We also went hunting for the Canola fields as our friend told us about them! Here is the last shot we took before heading back to Perth and it was such a pretty sight!

So I thought I’ll share it with you to brighten your gloomy day 😉 I love how this field has been interspersed with pink flowers, instead of it just being Canola flowers 😉 I also love how there was a still pond and it had a bit of reflection of the trees 😀

claming beautiful fields of yellow and red flowers on the bottom with a still pond in the middle. There is blue skies with a very interesting cloud pattern and some trees

Butterfly on The Forest Floor, The Blue Mountains, NSW | Insects In Nature | Nature Photography | Jonace Aussie Travels

No matter how small you feel today, remember the butterfly started out as a tiny insignificant caterpillar.
It had to work hard to become a butterfly.. It gets totally broken down when in the cocoon before it becomes a butterfly 😉

So be encouraged, you are not alone on this journey 😉

Flathead Lake Jetty Ripples, Montana, USA | Nature | Waterscape | Jonace World Travels

We came across this lovely lake in USA while on a road trip to Cranbrook, Canada. I loved the still waters and did take a photo of the water being still at sunset. But I always liked the idea of ripples and the pattern in the water.
