Burnt Red Forrest | Western Australia | Nature | Landscape | Photography | Jonace Aussie Travels

While on our way back from Albany, I had a “STOP THE CAR!” moment. Hubby would stop the car on the side of the road safely that is 😉 . In order to get this shot, we had to drive up and down the stretch of the road.

I love how symbolic this photo is. The red and black is from the fire that’s been through the area but there are new signs of new growth. This is something we can learn from nature. Adapt to the difficult situation and thrive. This forest shows lots of resilience!

After maturation, the Xanthorrhoeas aka “Black Boys”, grass trees can bloom anytime but seems to do so more prolifically after being singed in a grass fire or exposed to smoke.

Enjoy,

Barrens Beach Panorama | Hopetoun | Western Australia | Panorama | Nature Photography | Jonace Aussie Travels

Recently, hubby and I finally made it down south to Hopetoun. It was so beautiful! I love the beach and the ocean. I always thought that Hopetoun was spelt as Hope Town 😛

Barrens Beach is a small, sheltered beach nestled between dunes and a rugged quartzite headland. It is a popular swimming and fishing spot. Whales sheltering near shore in spring may be visible from the beach.

Enjoy,

A Pair of Tulips | Araluen Botanic Park, Western Australia | Flower | Nature Photography | Jonace Aussie Travels

Two peas in a pod.. Well, not quite but I still think it’s a pretty cool photo:) I am personally not a big fan of Valentines Day as it’s become overly commercialised and shared with everyone else:(

I think every day should be like Valentine’s day where you express your love to the ones you love.

Also, I’ll like to take this time to acknowledge my friends who were there before I met my hubby.

I think those friends deserve recognition and shown appreciation as they are the ones who stick around during your ups and downs.

So thank you, my friends, for being my friend 🙂 You know who you are 😉

Enjoy,
Grace-yi
