Re-Grown Store bought Lychee | what Is Wrong? | Home Grown

So..I attempted to grow lychee from seed from store-bought.. Success!

However.. just noticed that some are going totally brown or partially brown..

I have them on the kitchen window sill and water them daily.

Can someone please advise me as to what I am doing wrong? Recently potted them into individual pots and have good potting soil.
