Victoria Falls Panorama, Liffey Falls, Liffey State Reserve, Tasmania

A stunning waterfall with a sun rising through the foliage of the trees with rocks on the left

Here is the photo which was a finalist at the Perth Royal Show this year 😀

Based on https://waterfallsoftasmania.com.au/waterfalls/liffey_falls

” It’s about 2.1 km and it’s about a 45min return trip.

Liffey Falls is a popular tourism destination situated near Liffey, and approximately 30 km’s from Deloraine.  The waterfall itself is part of the Liffey River waterway, and is a cascading waterfall, stepping itself down multiple tiers.  The waterfall is best viewed towards the end of winter through to early spring (July – October) due to the heavier rainfall months

There are several distinct cascades and waterfalls all with their own individual names.  Collectively, they are called Liffey Falls, and the largest of the waterfalls is named ‘Victoria Falls’ (refer to the Photo Gallery for individual names of each waterfall).”

Vertical Pool of Siloam Waterfall, The Blue Mountains, NSW | Nature | Waterscape | Jonace Aussie Travels

This is a photo of a waterfall in the Blue Mountains I took many years ago.. Currently, I’m uploading photos from my postcard range;) I can’t wait to show you photos from my Tasmania trip though! It’s very similar to this with lots of greenery around the waterfalls. I love photographing waterfalls! It’s so calming to hear the water falling. I usually spend hours taking a shot so that I get it just right and also with the long exposure it takes more time.

May this help you feel calm ^^

Beautiful Fields of Flowers, Toodyay, Western Australia | Nature | Landscape | Jonace Aussie Travels

This weekend, we were blessed to be able to get away for the weekend to Toodyay to chase the wild native flowers and spend some quality time together 🙂

There were so many beautiful native wildflowers.. Even blue ones!! 😀 When I was younger, my parents asked what flowers I wanted and I asked for blue flowers. I was told that they were rare and ended up settling for a not so blue flower.. This weekend I have photographed a blue flower!!

We also went hunting for the Canola fields as our friend told us about them! Here is the last shot we took before heading back to Perth and it was such a pretty sight!

So I thought I’ll share it with you to brighten your gloomy day 😉 I love how this field has been interspersed with pink flowers, instead of it just being Canola flowers 😉 I also love how there was a still pond and it had a bit of reflection of the trees 😀

claming beautiful fields of yellow and red flowers on the bottom with a still pond in the middle. There is blue skies with a very interesting cloud pattern and some trees
