28/05/15 Day 44: 8 Days later and I am amazed at how well it's grown! The wicking bed is awesome! I don't have to check on it as often as I did when it was in that tiny pot. Notice a few cabbage moth eggs so I have been manually squashing them till I can get an exclusion net going.

03/07/15 Day 80: Hmm.. i would have to say it's a successful experiment. I managed to harvest about 100g. I did not have to buy the seeds and hardly had to do much to look after it. Will use an exclusion netting next time so I don't have to worry about the pesky month eggs which i have been manually removing

  1. We used to have a second crop like this that the market gardeners used to grow in the U.K they were then sold as Spring Greens a much sought after vegetable. The flavour which was between a Cabbage and Spinach delicious
