This is available right on our doorstep in Cottesloe. When looking with our naked eye, you can’t see the colours but the camera is able to capture the beautiful colours and textures of the rocks at the groyne. Added with waves splashing over the rocks and the epic sun rays coming out of the dark clouds.

I took this photo of the Stirling Ranges, Western Australia. I love the yellow fields of canola and the beautiful blue sky with interesting clouds and the silhouette of the Stirling Ranges in the background.
We are so blessed that we live relatively near this beautiful place.

Recently, I feel that God has called me to renew my mind with His truth.

While on our way back from Albany, I had a “STOP THE CAR!” moment. Hubby would stop the car on the side of the road safely that is 😉 . In order to get this shot, we had to drive up and down the stretch of the road.
I love how symbolic this photo is. The red and black is from the fire that’s been through the area but there are new signs of new growth. This is something we can learn from nature. Adapt to the difficult situation and thrive. This forest shows lots of resilience!
After maturation, the Xanthorrhoeas aka “Black Boys”, grass trees can bloom anytime but seems to do so more prolifically after being singed in a grass fire or exposed to smoke.
